    Great machine and great service from the Gaggia uk team. The Magenta milk does everything we want from a bean to cup coffee machine. As a family everyone has different preferences, sons like an espresso whilst we like both espresso and a coffee with milk. No need to froth milk separately as it is all integral. Brilliant! Love it!

    I recently purchased a Gaggia Magenta milk. The team was extremely helpful with updating the machine to include new features I wanted but were not present in the version they had in stock. They also replaced promptly the 1st machine which had a faulty grinder. Troubleshooting was done live is seconds through zoom and organised for replacement next day. I can't praise the team enough for their amazing response.
