Instructions in picture format are difficult to understand. Cleaning routine takes too long. Filling with water could be easier. But when you get past all that it makes a very nice cup of coffee

Overall, pleased with the machine. One negative is the lack of detailed written instructions. My old Delonghi coffee machine came with detailed written instructions which were easy to refer to in case of need. Having to follow videos with no commentary is not very helpful.

I am delighted with my DeLonghi Magnifica Evo. It makes excellent coffee of all styles. Once used to it it is way to use. Cleaning the machine is very straightforward. It looks good and is excellent value for money. I look forward to many years of happy coffee making !

I watched the instruction videos to set up and use first time. Easy once you’ve used a couple of times.
I use the mylatte the most, milk is a great temperature.

Good coffee grinder and milk dispenser. The coffee bean holder could be improved (simplified ) Also set up instructions are not comprehensive. Had to look at a few videos online to fully understand set up from start to finish. Otherwise pleased with the quality and can make a great cafe latte .
