Love this machine. I just wanted an easy to use device providing great coffee. All my previous machines have been a burden in terms of how technical it was to get a cup of decent coffee. This machine is easy to use with clear buttons,; hot water, steamer, single shot, double shot and descale. Simples. Work well, looks good, seems durable and gives a nice cup of coffee. … Steamer works well too. Easy and no mess. Very happy and great value for money.
