A really good coffee machine with just one criticism. The milk frother is very effective but doesn't heat the milk as much as my previous Delonghi machine and our cappuccino's are not quite as hot as we are used to. Certainly not a deal breaker and an excellent, value for money machine.

It was easy to set up but the user manual supplied with the machine is dreadful. No mention for example of how to set the machine to dispense your preferred amount of water. Lovely machine, great espresso, only thing for me is the milk frother. You can only heat a small amount of milk at a time, to a very low temperature, before the machine warns you to stop. Means I have to heat the milk twice to get desired temperature, maybe I just prefer my coffee very hot…

Bought this to replace a de Longhi machine which had failed after about 8 years. This Beko model outperforms the de Longhi machine by being faster, less expensive … However, it has a couple of design flaws: 1) the machine is light in weight and you need to hold it steady … Despite these two reservations I have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars on the basis of quality of coffee and value for money.
