Im not sure I can recommend this product. I do love Nespresso but think for the price of this, the quality just isn't there. My main issue is it being messy. I spend more time cleaning it and the tray and my cup once it has finished as the milk drips out. I can only get it to make really short drinks… I am wishing I'd kept my simple Nespresso machine now. For three times the cost, this really isn't up to scratch in my opinion.

Very simple to use and with great self cleaning function. Makes great coffee at the right temperature and being able to put the milk container in the fridge is a great idea. Much better than my previous Sage machine. The ability to make all the different coffees is easy and to make a Cortado is a doddle.

Having had a Latissima Touch for several years, it finally failed and I replaced it with the Gran Latissima. Wow, what a step up! The build, finish and capacity is far superior and there are so many more coffee options available. This is my third De'Longhi machine and certainly the best yet. Thoroughly recommended.
