The Arzum Okka Minio OK004 is a compact, one-button Turkish coffee machine. It brews 1-4 cups in a lift-off pot with spouts on both sides. A sensor stops the coffee boiling over, and the machine beeps when the coffee is ready. Owners mostly praise the quick, foamy coffee, the ease of use and the small footprint. A notable minority report units or heating elements failing within months, and some found the coffee under-boiled. It makes Turkish coffee only, and the pot must not be immersed or put in the dishwasher. In the UK it is sold new mainly by third-party importers on Amazon, warranty support is unclear, and a US 120 V version is also listed. It suits Turkish coffee drinkers who want a simple, small machine for one to four cups. Buyers who want a high-street retailer warranty, milk drinks or more capacity should look elsewhere. Independent long-term durability data was not found.

What the features mean in everyday use.
The Okka Minio OK004 is a 480 W single-pot automatic Turkish coffee machine that brews 1-4 cups at a time on 220-240 V mains.
Arzum says a smart cooking (brewing detection) sensor stops the coffee boiling over, and sound and LED alerts signal the brewing stages.
The pot lifts off an energy-transmission base and has spouts on both sides for right- or left-handed pouring. Arzum's comparison table lists the pot material as plastic, while the Minio Pro has stainless steel. One reviewer notes the pot has a metal floor with plastic walls.
The manual says the main body and the base side of the pot must not be immersed or put in a dishwasher, and the cooking sensor should be wiped after every use.
The machine has one start button with a status light and no display or programmes. It makes classic Turkish coffee only.
Most of the reviews read on the Amazon.co.uk listings (all written by buyers abroad) are positive. They describe good, foamy Turkish coffee, quick brewing, easy operation and a small housing that takes little counter space. Two owners report using it for five years or more.
Several reviewers report failures: a unit broken after a few months, a heating element that failed quickly, a repair under warranty in the fourth month, and a machine that stopped working on its third use. A separate complaint on a Turkish platform says a Minio made cold coffee from the start.
One reviewer returned the OK004, saying it did not boil the coffee properly and made it muddy. Another says performance was below expectations.
Reviewers find it simple to use (add water and coffee, press start, it beeps when ready). Two say the max-fill mark inside the pot is hard to see. Two dislike that there is no off state while the machine is plugged in (the power light stays on). One reports the automatic switch-off not working.
A buyer in the Netherlands reports that Arzum would not repair a faulty unit under warranty because it was bought outside Turkey.
In the UK the OK004 is sold new mainly through third-party importers on Amazon.co.uk, with occasional used units on eBay UK. It does not appear at Argos, Currys, John Lewis or OnBuy search, and Arzum has no UK website.
Because UK units are imports sold by third parties, UK buyers may have limited manufacturer warranty support. A UK warranty term and a UK plug were not confirmed on the Amazon listings.
Arzum states the Okka Minio won Plus X, iF Design and Red Dot 2017 design awards.
One long-form reviewer finds the Minio pricey for what it offers but worth it for frequent Turkish coffee drinkers. Another prefers it to Arzum's larger fully automatic Okka because its coffee is less gritty and it fits regular mugs.

Summarised from the 20 reviews we read. A review can mention several points, so the theme counts can add up to more than 20.
Owners who are happy with the Okka Minio say it makes authentic Turkish coffee with a fine foam, quickly and with little effort: add water and coffee, press start, and it beeps when done. They like that it is compact, easy to clean and simple enough to use daily, and two owners report five years or more of use. The main complaint is reliability. Several buyers report the unit or its heating element failing within weeks or months, one says the automatic switch-off stopped working, and one could not get warranty repair outside Turkey. Others found the coffee under-boiled and muddy, or the results below expectations. Smaller gripes are a hard-to-read max-fill line, no true off state while plugged in, plastic pot walls and a price some feel is high for what it is. None of these reviews comes from a UK buyer.
Summarised from 20 reviews; 2 reviews about delivery, packaging or the seller were left out. The summary is drawn from opinions that recur in the reviews read; each theme shows how many reviews mention it. These counts are not a rate and do not apply to every unit.

The machine is broken only after a few months. I called call center. They told me that they can repair it under guarantee if I bring it to Türkiye. I brought it to Türkiye now they say that since I bought it in Netherlands, it’s not under guarantee. They only fix it if I pay, why did I carry the machine to Türkiye? … Think twice if you buy this brand abroad. …

I returned the Arzum Okka OK004 Minio because it was not worth the money. It didn't boil the coffee properly, made it muddy, and took 1 minute to make the worst coffee I've ever tasted.

I really like Turkish coffee and I am really glad that I purchased this machine. … This minio machine takes up very little counter space, it is super easy to use and clean. … There are very few downsides to this machine. I do think it is pricey for what you get … My biggest pet peeve and I hope the designers are reading this is that the Max water line inscribed inside the vessel to let you know the maximum amount of water you can put it is nearly impossible to read and was poorly marked. …

This Turkish coffee maker provides a fast and convenient way to brew authentic Turkish coffee at home. It can prepare up to five cups at once, automatically heats until a proper foam forms, and features an overflow safety probe. The resulting coffee is rich and strong with good foam, making it a reliable and easy-to-clean alternative to traditional stovetop brewing.

The Arzum OKKA Minio is a compact and well-built Turkish coffee maker featuring a plastic, rubber-textured pitcher. A crucial consideration is that it is wired with a European plug for 220–240 V, meaning using it with an adapter in lower-voltage countries may significantly slow down brewing. Overall, it is recommended for anyone looking to make authentic Turkish coffee.
YouTube · Review
The Arzum Okka Minio Automatic Turkish Coffee Maker effortlessly brews up to four cups of authentic Turkish coffee with one touch. It features an overflow prevention system, a heater designed to mimic traditional slow brewing on embers, and an easily washable pot.
YouTube · Review
The reviewer presents the Arzum Okka Minio Turkish coffee machine, praising its stylish appearance and solid build quality. It features a matte black finish with rustic copper accents and a metal heating base inside the pot. He confirms it works brilliantly to make Turkish coffee and highly recommends it.
