The Arzum Okka Jet is a compact one-button Turkish coffee machine. It brews 1-5 small cups in a cordless, double-sided pot, has a sensor that stops brewing before it boils over, and beeps when ready. Owners praise the authentic taste, how easy it is to use and clean, quick brewing, its small footprint and its value. A minority say the coffee boils without foam or tastes mediocre. There are isolated reports of faults, including a fuse blown by water getting under the base. The '5 cups' are small Turkish cups, about one mug in total. It suits people who want quick, consistent Turkish coffee for one or two people, not those who need larger volumes or a slow-brew mode. In the UK it is sold mainly via Amazon and eBay, partly under the code OK0017 at a much lower price. No independent test or long-term reliability data is available.

The Arzum manual gives 1-5 cups per brew, 400 W and 220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz. It also says not to fill the pot beyond the MAX line, or the coffee may boil over.
The manufacturer describes a double-sided pot for right- or left-handed pouring and a cordless pot on an energy transmission base. It also lists a brewing detection sensor (overflow protection), a single start button with status light, and a coffee-ready buzz with LED.
Buyers repeatedly describe the machine as simple to use: add coffee, sugar and water, press one button and wait for the beep. Several also say it is easy to clean and quick.
Many reviewers say it makes good, authentic-tasting Turkish coffee, several mentioning a good foam layer. One UK reviewer says it keeps proper foam even when making a single cup.
A minority are unhappy with the result. One UK reviewer says it boils the coffee and makes no foam at all. Another UK reviewer calls the coffee mediocre for people who know good Turkish coffee.
Two reviewers reported faults. Water got under the base during cleaning and blew the fuse, after which the owner dried it and it worked again. A unit bought in Australia did not heat at all.
Reviewers warn that '5 cups' means small Turkish cups. One UK buyer says a full brew is about one standard mug; another reviewer puts the real capacity at about 300 ml.
UK listings named 'Okka Jet' or 'Okka Minio Jet' carry codes OK0013-K, OK0013-X, OK0017 and OK0017-K. The OK0017 listings share the 400 W, 5-cup spec, but the OK0013 manual does not list OK0017. These are probably the same design under another code, but Arzum does not confirm it.
Applies to the model family
The machine is not sold at Argos, Currys or John Lewis. In the UK it is available through Amazon.co.uk (Amazon-sold OK0017/OK0017-K listings and third-party OK0013 listings), eBay UK and small independent shops.
Applies to the model family
At the time of checking, the Amazon-sold OK0017/OK0017-K listings cost less than half the third-party OK0013 listings for what appears to be the same 400 W, 5-cup machine.
Applies to the model family
A North American version, OK0017-KUL, has a US plug and a 120 V rating. Imported listings of this version are not suitable for UK mains.
Applies to one variant
Reviewers note that it is quick and quiet, and that it is compact and looks good on the worktop. One adds that brewing feels controlled without overflowing or burning.
Several reviewers see it as good value for money for a single-purpose appliance.

Owners commonly describe simple preparation, easy cleaning and enjoyable Turkish coffee. Some particularly like the foam and speed, while a single-cup user appreciates quiet operation and the UK plug. Experiences are not uniformly positive: complaints include coffee boiling without foam, a moisture-related electrical problem during cleaning, disappointing cup capacity and coffee that tastes mediocre despite the machine working effectively.

I must admit I was sceptical about using this after a lifetime of making my coffee in a copper pot on the stove. I just tried it after cleaning prior to first use. What a surprise! It's as good as the coffee I make and not meaning to boast but I make damn good coffee. Fast, easy, perfect amount of froth on the top. Just remember to let your cup of coffee stand a minute in the cup so the sediment settles if you are making Turkish coffee. I hope the product lasts as it's perfect.

So far this machine has really exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and it makes the perfect cup of Turkish Coffee

The coffee machine is overheating the Turkish coffee — it brings it to a boil, which is not correct for this brewing method. Proper Turkish coffee should gently foam and produce bubbles (“köpük”), but this machine does not create any foam at all.

When it’s work, it does the job. But despite me paying attention to not wet the bottom of the tray when cleaning it, some water must have been trough and blew the fuse. Had to remove and open to bottom section , dry it with hair dryer and put back.

Haven't had it very long but so far, so good. Be aware though that it is tiny and will only make 1 standard mug of coffee. If you think it's going to make 5, even espresso cups then you'll be disappointed. But, it's a great machine and I am very happy with it so far

Looks very nice in my worktop, functioning effectively. For those who know a good cup of Turkish coffee, mediocre
